Why become a Bulls-EYE Mentor?
Bulls-EYE Mentors get paid to make a difference in their community. They also join a family of mentors and mentees that are invested in their personal success. Positions are $10/hour and provide opportunities to have fun while learning important skills.
Four tenants are at the core of what you will learn and/or gain as a Bulls-EYE mentor: Leadership, Closeness, Community, and Legacy. Upon induction into Bulls-EYE, mentors must repeat the Bulls-EYE Mentor creed. This creed, as shown below, captures the qualities that all Bulls-EYE Mentors must possess.
